A New Missionary Era

The geographical center of world christianity is shifting from the Northern to the Southern hemisphere. Countries once considered mission fields are now missionary sending countries. Latin American evangelicals are awaking to their unique role in world missions. Because of cultural factors, Latin Americans are uniquely suited for outreach to the 10/40 Window and beyond. In spite of this potential, the growth of Latin American missions is limited by the lack of quality theological institutions for Spanish-speakers.
